1. What is UpFit?

UpFit is an unique system that allows you access to more than 200 sports venues across Greece at the cost of just one monthly membership fee. Through this membership you have access to the best gyms, swimming pools, fitness centers, dance studios, as well as other physical activity offers tailored to you, saving you money and time. Now, training has become easier as you use your Up fit application to scan a QR code at your chosen facility, thus facilitating the check-in process for your arrival.

2. How to check-in with QR code?

Just download the free UpFit app via Google Play or App store. Log in on the app with your user credentials and turn on QR code scanner. Scan the QR Code at the reception of each sport partner. Your training term will be checked and confirmed, just show your screen to the staff and access the facilities.

3. What are the benefits of UpFit for individual users?

Instead of paying several membership fees in different sports centers, UpFit provides you with a single membership giving access to a large number of sports facilities in Greece. Adapt your activities to your needs, and be active wherever you are!

Using someone else’s UpFit system is not allowed. Each membership is personalized and can be used only by the owner.

10. How can I find more information about the sports facilities and their offers?

Each UpFit partner has its own profile accessible through the Network page. Find their dedicated page and read more about their offer and services. * Always read all the information about the sport facility before you visit it.

11 .Ηow do Ι access the chosen sport facility?

At the entrance of the sports facility, use the UpFit application to scan the QR code. Show the check-in confirmation to the facility’s staff. A confirmation of your check-in is also generated through our system on the partner’s personal account.

12. May I visit several sports facilities in a month?

Yes! Train where you want, what you want and when you want – that is what UpFit is all about.

13. Which sport disciplines and activities may I access in UpFit system?

Ιn UpFit system there are more than 100 sports disciplines which you can train! Choose your favorite discipline on the page Network, pick the nearest facility and enjoy your training now.

14. May I use all activities without extra charge?

Most activities from UpFit system are without extra charge, but some of them (premium activities such as massage, personal training) need participation. On page Network you can find desired sports facility and read the necessary information.

15. Do I need to make a reservation before I go to a sports facility?

Most sports facilities in UpFit system don’t require booking or reservation. However, certain activities (such as swimming, soccer, some group programs…) have specific terms of use or limit in terms of participants, so it is necessary to book the class. Read the necessary information about the sports facility and it’s service before you visit it!

What are the procedures for my activities during COVID-19? Do I have to book an appointment? Where are the informations about the timetable and services? Do I have to submit my personal data? What are the terms and conditions that apply?

In order to prevent and take measures against the spread of COVID-19, all users of the UpFit service are requested to comply with the regulations of the cooperating facilities and to follow the safety measures. To update the program of each installation, contact them and, if necessary, make a reservation. Our partners in the installation of your choice, will inform you accordingly and if necessary with the electronic or non-declaration of your presence, they may ask you for some of your information. The conditions and regulations that apply in terms of installation but are partially applicable to the pre-defined conditions and health regulations according to the Ministry of Health.

16. How can I get UpFit membership?

You can get UpFit membership only if you work in company which is registered in Greece, and if your employer is an UpFit client.

17. How can I pay UpFit membership fee

Paying for UpFit business membership depends on the company you are working in. Contact your HR service and find more information.

18. How can I be notified when my UpFit membership is activated?

Activation of your UpFit membership will be notified by the HR department of your company. An email will be generated and automatically sent in order to activate your personal account. The paid subscription is activated starting with the first day of the calendar month.

19. How can I successfully use the QR code option?

In order to successfully check-in our partners’ sports facilities, it is necessary to: a) Own a smartphone (iOS - version 10.0 or later / Android not older than 5 years); b) Have the latest updated version of the UpFit application; c) Have a functional camera on your phone; d) Have a QR code reader service on your phone (this option already exists with newer phone versions); e) Create a user profile on www.upfit.gr or directly on our App

20. What is required to successfully use the UpFit application?

To use the application, you first need to enter your email and password generated by our system at the creation of your account. Then upload your profile picture (selfie) and the correct phone number, which will be verified by SMS. After updating your profile enable both location service and camera access to allow QR code scanning in our partners’ sports facilities.

21. I’ve lost the phone where the UpFit app was installed. What should I do?

In case of phone loss / theft, you need to contact the human resources department of the company where you work. Simultaneously call our call center at no. 2103246909 or send us a message at upfit@uphellas.gr

22. My company isn’t client of UpFit system. What should I do?

If you would like that your company become an UpFit client, please leave us the contact information of your HR department. We will contact your colleagues to establish the terms of a relationship as soon as possible.

23. The payment for the renewal of the subscription has just been made, when can I expect this renewal to be registered?

All payments made on a business day until 13:00 pm will be recorded on that day - the membership fee is activated automatically. The user will receive an SMS message.

24. I cannot log in to my user profile. What should I do?

It is important to try the following steps: 1. Check if the email that you are using is the same as the one of your registration? 2. Choose the option '' Log in '' or '' sign in with Google '' * If you have not solved the problem, please contact our call center number 210 3246909 support (you must have a username, email, contact phone number).

25. The phone number I entered (in the process of registration) is already in the system. What does this mean?

This means that you or another person in the registration process entered the same phone number. It is forbidden to register multiple times with the same phone number.

26. Where can I find information on the validity of the subscription I have?

The validity of your subscription can be viewed in your application profile.

27. I forgot my password. What should I do?

Choose the "forgotten password" option so you can reset it.

28. My membership ends today. Can I still use the subscription?

Yes. The subscription can be used even on the day your subscription expires.

30. Do you guarantee that all facilities will be available during the validity of the subscription?

Each sport facility has the obligation to provide services to all UpFit users. The information on the sport facilities network within the UpFit program is regularly updated on the website and in the mobile application. In the case of termination of the contractual relationship with one of the facilities, the information regarding the latter is deleted from the list of UpFit partners in due time.
